2021 - Beach cafe opened on Carlyon Bay Beach

2023- Cake Tin opened at Little Winnick Touring Park

2024 - our scones, sweet potato roll and caramel slice won GOLD and our sausage roll and brownie won SILVER in the Taste for the West Awards .

2025 - Manor Made Kitchen to grow the Little Winnick kitchen.

2026 - Manor Made Tearoom, Caerhays Castle opens.

2026 - Fry Buoys and Frooth join the collection.

A love of baking brought our team to Carlyon Bay in 2021 and led to opening a Beach Café to sell cream teas, cakes and bakes long with good coffee. From a desire to create a small batch bakery; utilising the local products a quirky, small but strong Beach Café menu grew.

Now years on Manor Made Cornwall has maintained it’s principles of baking what we sell. From the bakes and cakes you find across our three cafes you can be assured it is all handcrafted by our growing team of bakers and cakers.

March 2026 we began our residency as a seasonal tearoom at the magical Caerhays Castle, our first bricks and mortar (and very thick Cornish stone) cafe.

In April 2026 we secured the next door two units to the beach cafe; offering traditional fish and chips in Fry Buoys and smoothies and bowls in Frooth.

What started as one beach cafe is now a collection of five food and drink pop ups; where you can eat, drink gather and enjoy great service - because you’re welcome.
