Baking everything ourselves underpins Manor Made Cornwall.

2021 - Beach cafe opened on Carlyon Bay Beach

2023- Cafe opened at Little Winnick Touring Park

2024 - our scones, sweet potato roll and caramel slice won GOLD and our sausage roll and brownie won SILVER in the Taste for the West Awards .

2025 - Manor Made Kitchen purchased and relocated cafe at Little Winnick Touring Park.

2026 - 16 February Manor Made Cornwall opens third cafe. (this one has walls!)

A love of baking brought our team to Carlyon Bay in 2021 and led to opening a Beach Cafe to sell cream teas, cakes and bakes long with good coffee. From a desire to create a small batch bakery; utilising the local products a quirky, small but strong Beach Cafe menu grew.

Now five years on Manor Made Cornwall has maintained it’s principles of baking what we sell. From the bakes and cakes you find at the Beach and at Little Winnick you can be assured it is all handcrafted by our growing team of bakers and cakers.

The summer of 2025 saw the opening of Manor Made Kitchen - a purpose built kitchen container and take away at Little Winnick Touring Park.
